15 Charged With Faking petition Signatures for conservation fund

Let’s see. A conservation fund from taxes on oil and legalizing pot for pain relief. I wonder which side of the political spectrum this bogus effort came from.

Allegations of faked signatures forced North Dakota Secretary of State Al Jaeger to disqualify two initiatives from the ballot this week. The initiatives sought to set up a conservation fund financed by oil taxes and to legalize marijuana use for pain relief.
