A Blogger needs some support

h/t Instapundit. I know from referrals Maggie’s Farm has been kind enough to link here over time. Bloggers have been helping other bloggers since I’ve been out here. There’s nothing unusual in a genuine request. Please help out of you can.

I’m still tentatively scheduled for the 24th, but I might push it back a bit.  The problem with the entire medical field is that it’s full of ‘ifs’.  If the operation goes routinely, I have just enough money.  If the post-operative costs are normal, I have just enough money.  If the drugs are still available (a number of post-operative cancer drugs have recently become harder to find because of — you guessed it — government over-regulation by the FDA), I have just enough money.
