Change, From the AP: Dems twist jobs numbers and GOP Medicare ideas

I’m beginning to think Barry the Sand King has offended the gods, media, and otherwise, somehow.

On Day 2 of the Democratic National Convention, speakers cherry-picked employment numbers to make President Barack Obamas record on jobs look better than it is and misrepresented Republican proposals on Medicare to cast them in the worst light.A look at some of the claims from the stage, in speeches preceding former President Bill Clintons featured address Wednesday night, and how those assertions compare with the facts: News via AP.

I listened to Clinton speak while bouncing back and forth to the NFL game. My impression is that he didn’t do a very good job of making any points to Obama’s favor that hadn’t already been tried by others. Maybe I missed key pieces, but most of Clinton’s attempted ‘factual’ declarations about the great job Obama has done are easily disproven – in other words he seemed to be offering raw meat to the GOP. Perhaps I am reading something into it that doesn’t exist…

Clinton lied well. It is his forte, after all.

The low information idiots of the Collectivist convention ate it up.

    Duh.
