Deal reached to restart construction of 9/11 musuem

That would be a good thing after all these years.

With the 11th anniversary of 9/11 weighing on the talks, officials just reached a deal that will restart the construction of the 9/11 musuem at Ground Zero.

The pact calls for the Port Authority, which owns the World Trade Center site, to be paid $17 million from the foundation that operates the memorial and museum.
