Hill Poll: In Like Clint; Voters Says, “We Have To Let You Go”

September 4, 2012

Tell me again how the country really must have been puzzled by Clint Eastwood’s RNC remarks. He was only saying precisely what a majority of voters were thinking.

You don’t mess around with Clint Eastwood. And Superman. Ok, and a lot of other people, too. But that’s besides the point. I know what I mean; as did Eastwood, evidently. Plus, more than enough viewers of the GOP convention to make his appearance a hit.

Only 31 percent of voters believe the nation is in “better condition,” while 15 percent say it is “about the same,” the poll found. Just 40 percent of voters said Obama deserves reelection. The results highlight the depth of voter dissatisfaction confronting Obama as he makes his case for a second term at this week’s Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, N.C.

  1. Curt Schilling says:

And yet, Americans still despise wingnut “policies” (whatever they are this week), generally, and Mitt Romney specifically.

Look, everyone knows this is all just pre-whining for when you lose to the black guy again.

I’m curious, can any of you patriots tell me 5 specific policies Mitt Rmoney has argued for? I mean, other than mandating health insurance (which we’re not allowed to ask him about any more).

  2. Ragspierre says:

Ah, the moonbat troll is here to smear lies on the tread again.

Americans are breaking FOR conservative positions.

Everywhere obvious BUT the Collectivist cocoon.

  3. Jeremy J says:

“Americans are breaking FOR conservative positions.

Everywhere obvious BUT the Collectivist cocoon.”

We’ll see you when the next poll breaks that shows Romney still getting obliterated in the electoral College.

You do know how US politics works, right? Sorry, silly question.

  4. Curt Schilling says:

“Americans are breaking FOR conservative positions.

Everywhere obvious BUT the Collectivist cocoon.”

We’d ask you to point to ANY verifiable evidence of this, but we know you don’t do that.

Also too, see college, electoral. Let us know how your “conservative hero” is doing.

  5. Curt Schilling says:

Still funny, the intellectual leader of the wingnuts, Clownspierre, can’t point to a single “conservative” policy of Mitt Romney’s that he likes, and/or that Americans like.

But then again, he thinks “white guy” is a policy ….

    • Ragspierre says:

You are just a lying, poo-smearing troll.

Why should I play your game, you lying phuc?

      Let’s try this…

YOU name Romney/Ryan policy positions from their published material that are conservative.

Not at all hard…IF you had any integrity.

  6. Ragspierre says:

Ever noticed that ol’ Curt fades away after about 4:30 Eastern time?

I have. I wonder what government office Curt works in.
