Just Shut Up
It never fails. In three national election cycles now, the experts who’ve never managed a campaign for dog catcher decide they don’t like what they’re seeing and let out this silly collective wail. It doesn’t come at the same time by coincidence, by the way.

It’s always behind the curve and out of the loop and ignored, because if anyone genuinely cared enough to ask their advice, they wouldn’t have to pull out the same tired old soapbox to spit out the same tired old cliches they always use.
Obama’s big edge has always been on foreign policy. Now is a perfect time to knock him down some on that score due to events in the Middle East. You’d think they be concentrating on that and not pontificating as if they actually knew something about domestic politics on a national scale.
It’s so old, it’s both tired and tiring. If you’re on the team, hop in the boat, sit your ass down and shut up and row. If you aren’t, than, please, just shut up.

Bless you for saying so! You have a big enough voice they will hear you. I get so tired of this. Loyalty is a worthy trait. Doesn’t mean we can’t be independent thinkers. But, what they do is take the very campaign they say they want to help, off message, distraction. Very unhelpful. Shut up is right.
