Kansas could bounce Obama from ballot over birth certificate issue
Well, now we know where The Donald is going to retire to. heh
The State Objections Board comprised of Secretary of State Kris Kobach, Attorney General Derek Schmidt and Lt. Gov. Jeff Colyer postponed until Monday action on a complaint filed by a Manhattan resident pending review of a copy of Obama’s birth certificate from Hawaii.
“I don’t think it’s a frivolous objection,” Kobach said. “I do think the factual record could be supplemented.”

While no supporter of the president, I am not a birther, but have wondered why he has been so reticent about releasing it in an unambiguous fashion. According to a member of Arpaio’s team, HI has some arcane rules where the birth certificate can be amended for a number of valid reasons. Wrong time, date, spelling, etc. However, the certificate is then stamped “ALTERED.” If that is the case, for the most innocent of reasons, imagine the result of that being released. A bit like the mischief which could be made of Romney’s tax records, however innocent.
A ballot challenge was recently tried in New Jersey where Obama’s attorney was forced to admit that the birth certificate was a forgery – however, she argued that this was a moot point as he was elected – and she won!
This President has played fast and loose with our laws and for some reason has been allowed to get away with it.
The fellow who filed the objection, Montgomery, decided to drop his case. It seems that anyone and everyone that has any connection to him is being harassed.
I’m guessing that someone has a bit of leverage against a loved one of Mr. Montgomerys’.
