Obama Admin: Well, … maybe the Benghazi attack wasn’t quite as spontaneous as we thought
The Obama administration was clueless. They had no idea what went down. Driven by ideology and politics, they seized on the explanation they wanted because it suited their thinking and gave them the narrative they wanted. Pathetic. More at Fox.
The latest clarification from the administration came in response to an intelligence source on the ground in Libya telling Fox News there was no significant or sizeable demonstration when the attacks unfolded sometime after 9:30 p.m. in Benghazi last Tuesday. That appeared to challenge the view, espoused by the Obama administration, that ongoing demonstrations over an anti-Islam film had simply spun out of control.
“There was no protest, and the attacks were not spontaneous,” the intelligence source said. “The Libyan attack was planned and had nothing to do with the movie.”
The White House and State should have known that their position was untenable. But they took it anyway. There’s a kind of pigheadedness — stubborn & stupid at the same time — that surrounds so many decisions in this administration.
We need an independent investigation into all of this. Mueller and the FBI won’t do, they are too political. Billary should resign.
Obama should resign over his violation of his oath of office.
