Democrats have been fretting for months over whether the president can draw a capacity crowd at Bank of America Stadium. Polls show voter enthusiasm is down, as are Obama’s crowds for his battleground state campaign rallies.

If we had an actual objective media, or one without a double standard, this would become the scandalous narrative du jour. In any case, if this were the Republicans it certainly would. “Panicky Republicans, fearing empty seats after four years of soured hopes and broken promises, bus in convention crowd.” Over and over and over.

I have read in North Carolina regional papers that the Dems are really giving away tickets to the One’s acceptance speech at bars and all other places….worth investigating further. I’ll bet this story will completely stink up the joint by Thursday…..

Would love to get my hands on as many of those tickets as humanly possible.

    Then not show up.

Imagine the fun of Obama’s acceptance speech delivered to a bunch of empty chairs.
