Why is Obama Marching all of a sudden? Is it to walk off all that WH beer?
Interesting. While Michelle Obama is busy telling America how to shop at the supermarket, the White House is putting out digital videos on Obama’s beer brewing program in the White House. At least the video below says it was his idea. But have you noticed all the Obama is “marching” headlines today?
I came across the beer thing while looking at the number of headlines and stories that all have Obama “marching” today. Yes, the meme probably starts with AP. But notice, they’re changed, or tweaked – but they all maintain the “marching” theme. To me, it’s a subtle invocation of Dr. Martin Luther King, while portraying Obama as if he’s on a noble quest of some kind – as opposed to, you know, just politicking in the Mid-west, while Louisiana is under water.
The media seems determined to have a second election about race and little else. That’s a tremendous disservice to the country and even to Obama himself. If he deserves re-election, let him win it. Don’t try to give it to him because he’s black. America deserves better than that at this point in her history.

Huh. That’s the first picture I’ve seen where it looks like he’s actually drinking the beer. Usually, it’s a full glass and he’s making duck lips and touching them to the liquid.
Now, I don’t blame him. With the whole world staring at you hoping to play ‘gotch’, I wouldn’t want to get likkered up, either, but it’s one of those things…once you notice it, you can’t help doing an images search to confirm.
