Best Buy’s marketing strategy worked well about twenty years ago.

It must match Amazon in service, user friendliness, search engine. It ain’t enough to match on price.

On returns, Best Buy treats its customers very poorly.

It also sells return items to customers without disclosing that they are returns.

So you get items that are missing parts, computers that have other users software installed, etc.

I have not shopped with them, or even set foot in their local store, in over 2 years.
