Eric Cuellar and Justin Teixeira: Berkeley Law students allegedly behead exotic bird for kicks at Flamingo casino
Eric Cuellar (left) and Justin Teixeira (right) were reportedly caught by casino security cameras getting their kicks by beheading an exotic helmeted guinea fowl at a Las Vegas casino. What a couple of geniuses. But then, they’re from Berkeley, so what can one expect?
Two birdbrained California law students are accused of killing and decapitating an exotic bird at a Las Vegas casino, with surveillance footage allegedly showing the pair finding humor in the barbaric beheading. Eric Cuellar and Justin Teixeira, both 24, were jailed on charges of suspicion of conspiracy and willful malicious killing of wildlife — a felony under Nevada’s stricter animal rights laws.
