Andrew at BuzzFeed turned up this link for the whole speech. Its’ listed at 36 minutes plus, as the screen cap demonstrates.
It appears to have now been removed. The clip being circulated is only 9 minutes. This version is listed at 36 mins 15 secs.
Do you think anybody had captured the whole vid yet? Yikes! I hope so!

If this is the speech I fail to see how this will torpedo him.
Transcript or release of prepared remarks? Two different things, especially when then Senator Obama mentions he’s going off script. The video is best evidence.
