Iowa Follows Texas: UN “Poll Observers” May Be Arrested

Have you asked yourself why we would permit the demonstrably corrupt UN’s poll observers into our election process in a presumed position of oversight and integrity?

Iowa has joined Texas in warning international election observers of possible criminal prosecution if they violate state laws and get near polling places on Election Day.

Well, the US State Department invited them in.

That doesn’t mean that Iowa or Texas is deprived of their sovereign power to enforce their laws regulating access of non-voters to polling places.

They can arrest anyone who violates those laws, and should.

Neither State nor the UN can do anything to prevent such arrests, other than apply political pressure.

The only legal recourse in the event of arrest is petitioning for a writ of habeas corpus, based on the observer’s diplomatic immunity.

The UN has no business observing our elections. WE have our own procedures in place. To be quite honest this sort of resembles NWO which completely frightens me.
