OH: Laina Fetherolf (D) gets panties in wad when GOP attacks for time she allegedly threw her black panties at judge

I hope this isn’t a case of dirty politics. Surely her mother told her, never throw anything but clean panties at a judge. Hell, she may have stumbled upon a terrific fund raising gimmick if she plays her panties, I mean, cards right. ha ha ha

Hocking County Prosecutor Laina Fetherolf admits a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ occurred, when she is said to have worn black panties under a light summer dress in court. The fashion faux pas was noted by the presiding judge, according to the salacious story allegedly promulgated by her Republican opponent Jason Sarver.

The incident reportedly occurred sometime in 2011 when the Democratic prosecutor, who is now seeking her second term, was appearing before Common Pleas Court Judge John T. Wallace.

During the proceedings, her attire is said to have elicited snickering from the audience seated in the gallery.

Given the interruption, Wallace is believed to have mentioned the clothing distraction and asked Fetherolf to resolve the issue.

According to Sarver’s account, the woman exited the courtroom and went to the bathroom to remove the offending undergarment, according to the Logan Daily News.

She allegedly then returned to the hearing, tossed her panties at the judge and announced, ‘Problem Solved.’

Fetherolf will only concede that a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ occurred. She failed to specify what the actual issue was but she calls Sarver’s version of events a complete fabrication.

‘None of that story is true, anything that has happened with my clothing I’ve handled discreetly,’ she told the local paper.
