And then shot four times. They should just kill this guy now and be done with him.

The man charged with killing an Oregon barista told investigators he forced her at gunpoint to perform a sex act before shooting her, according to an affidavit filed by the county sheriff’s office.

The affidavit, dated on Sunday, alleges that Jonathan Holt, 24, said he had killed Whitney Heichel, 21, on Oct. 16. The document, a probable-cause affidavit, was made public after Holt appeared by video at a hearing in the Clackamas County Circuit Court on Monday.

I would kill him now. Many people believe he needs killin’.

Except Gov. Kitzhaber. He’s fighting a guy on death row who WANTS to die!

This guy should have his balls cut off and stuck in his mouth, then give him one right between the eyes…old Mafia trick.

  3. Ivon Fergus says:

Such heinous actions enrage us all, but we must follow the law. One more point: A comment indicates the Governor is not following the law because he is thwarting the request of a prisoner with adeath sentence to be speedily executed. If so, this is even more frustrating.
