NObamacare: Health care laws unpopularity reaches new highs

June 6, 2013

Finding out what’s in it:

President Barack Obamas signature health care reform law remains unpopular with the American public just months before it fully goes into effect, according to the new NBC News/Wall Street Journal poll.

The poll shows 49 percent of Americans say they believe the Affordable Care Act is a bad idea. That’s the highest number recorded on this question since the poll began measuring it in 2009. Just 37 percent say the plan is a good idea.

As the political battle over implementation of the law heats up in Washington, the numbers mark an increase in unpopularity since July 2012, right after the U.S. Supreme Court upheld Obama’s overhaul. Back then, 44 percent of NBC/WSJ poll respondents called it a bad idea, vs. 40 percent who called it a good one.

It WILL get worse as people learn more about this.

    Much, much worse.

  4. Ragspierre says:

“Moral responsibility is the essence of humanity. It is what sets Homo sapiens apart from other animals. Assigning moral responsibility to whites while denying it to nonwhites is therefore a way of dehumanizing the latter. Multiculturalism turns out to be a disguised form of white supremacy.”

IF…as we are told…we cannot criticize Barrackah as we would any president before him, we cannot elect executives from any “victim class”.

    Can we…???

  5. Ragspierre says:

The author of the Patriot Act said the top secret court order to collect the phone records of essentially every call made by millions of Verizon customers is an abuse of the landmark legislation.

“As the author of the Patriot Act, I am extremely troubled by the FBI’s interpretation of this legislation. While I believe the Patriot Act appropriately balanced national security concerns and civil rights, I have always worried about potential abuses,” Rep. Jim Sensenbrenner (R-Wis.) said this morning.

“The Bureau’s broad application for phone records was made under the so-called business records provision of the Act. I do not believe the broadly drafted FISA order is consistent with the requirements of the Patriot Act. Seizing phone records of millions of innocent people is excessive and un-American.”

What a difference a president makes.

    Obama made it worse.

  6. Libertyinfinite says:

The American right today has nothing to offer America but abysmal failure. Always talking about the left. You offer America no effort towards the removal of tyrannical governments. No restoration efforts for liberty & private property.

Do you actually believe that tyranny will just eliminate itself? That liberty & private property will restore themselves?

Why is the right wholly devoid of action? You claim to be conservative. But why is it that you never, ever get anything accomplished?

Because you feel that conservatism is not politically viable? That is not true. Freedom in the human heart never goes without absolute love & worship.

Life itself begs only to be free. Why not begin the removal of tyrannical governments & the restoration of liberty & private property?

Do you even know what freedom is?

I think the right is useless today & will remain useless forever. You & Levin will suck each others junks, & American recovery will rot in hell.

You two are why America remains under tyranny. You are afraid.
