KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia—As the investigation into what happened to missing Malaysia Airlines 3786.KU 0.00% flight MH370 continues, Malaysia’s national police chief Tuesday said one of the two passengers who boarded the plane with a stolen passport is a 19-year-old Iranian who appeared to be attempting to migrate to Germany to reunite with his mother.

    • Ragspierre says:

Another reading-challenged vignette from the Collectivist bung-sucker…

“I personally do not believe that,” Boonstra said.

She said she still fears her costs will be unaffordable because she could be hit with large out-of-pocket bills in the early months when she wouldn’t have the money to pay. She also said her out-of-pocket maximum could be higher than advertised because there’s one prescription that was previously covered by her old plan that isn’t and she now buys with a separate prescription discount card.

Hetzel said he understands patients may be confused by their benefits as they adjust. Boonstra’s health plan covers all prescriptions, Hetzel said, who advises she use the coverage instead of a prescription discount card so co-pays would go toward meeting the out-of-pocket maximum. On the chance of being assessed the full maximum in the first month or so of a health plan, he said: “It is possible, but it’s highly unlikely.”

The lady LIKED her plan. Pres. ScamWOW told us all we could keep the plans we liked.

      HE lied.

      You moron.

      • Gus says:

Haha, when presented with the *fact* that she will save money, this and other wingnuts solve that problem by declaring that they do not *believe* it to be true, because … [wingnuttery].

        • Ragspierre says:

          Liar.

          The lady HAD insurance.

          She LIKED the policy.

          She has leukemia.

She was FORCED into a new policy that she did not want, and which could have been beyond her ability to pay for.

She…the consumer…did not believe what she was being told.

Perhaps because EVERYTHING used to sell OBbamaDoggle is a lie.

          • Gus says:

“and which could have been beyond her ability to pay for.”

But it isn’t. In fact, it’s cheaper than her previous policy that she supposedly “liked”.

          • Ragspierre says:

            Still cannot read, huh?

And you still cannot deal with the facts, can you?

            Everything…every pretext…for ObamaDoggle was a lie.

    • Ragspierre says:

      http://freebeacon.com/blog/koch-brother-donates-money-to-hospital-liberals-protest-not-a-parody/

Boy. Those Koch brothers are EEEEEEeeeeeeviiiiiilllll.

See, Collectivists are not about helping people. They are about hating people.

Like Dirty, Filthy Harry’s imaginary friend who just knew all about Romney’s taxes.

Collectivists just lie. It is who they are.

    • Gus says:

Gee I wonder if there’s a way of reasonably ascertaining whether or not Teabillies are indifferent to hungry children.

      http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/08/01/us-usa-congress-foodstamps-idUSBRE97012420130801

The Tealiban HATES it when the truth about them is revealed.

      • Ragspierre says:

        Poor, psychotic, lying Collectivist bung-sucker.

There is no such thing as a “Tealiban”.

And…for the first time ever…most beneficiaries of “food stamps” (which are used for all kinds of things BESIDES food) are able-bodied working-aged adults.

        Idiot.

        • Gus says:

I see. So the supposed “fact”, i.e. something you made up, that beneficiaries of food stamps are also adults, means that no children were kicked off the program due to Tealiban intransigence.

          You’re too easy, 1L.

          • Ragspierre says:

And you’re just a lying sack of shit.

Like your punk meisters, Crazy Nannie and Dirty, Filthy Harry,…

            along with Pres. ScamWOW.

You suck tenderly and lovingly at their bungs.

            Poor, sick, evil little bastard.

  5. Gus says:

Because the Tealiban LOVES the first amendment!

    http://thehill.com/blogs/healthwatch/health-reform-implementation/200367-jindal-moveon-at-war-in-louisiana-over

Except when an organization they don’t like says something that hurts their feelings.

    • Ragspierre says:

“MoveOn has said the billboard is protected by the First Amendment’s free speech protections for parody and satire, and is refusing to take it down. The matter may have to be settled in court.”

      Really…???

You are actually too stupid to live. And too dishonest.

      • Gus says:

And why is MoveOn wrong, Professor 1L?

Don’t worry; no one expects you to cite a cogent reason why. The reason, as we all know, is that you hate what MoveOn is saying. Your “love” of the first amendment extends to Tealiban speech only.

        • Ragspierre says:

Dardenne said the billboard confuses people, who assume it is part of the state’s official tourism campaign. The slogan “Pick your Passion” is also registered as a trade service for Louisiana, which means MoveOn can’t just use it as it feels fit, according to Dardenne.
          http://www.nola.com/politics/index.ssf/2014/03/louisiana_moveonorg_billboard.html

Property still means something, you sick little piece of shit.

Louisiana has intellectual property rights to its campaign.

And MoooooooveOn has no right, and no compelling reason, to impinge on those rights. It could convey the same set of lies any number of ways.

          • Gus says:

What MoveOn is doing is the very definition of fair use thru parody, dip shit.

But you’ll ALWAYS side with big government over a private interest when you hate what the private interest is saying.

            You’re too easy, 1L.

          • Gus says:

Haha, from the 1L’s own link:

“If the state chooses to take the matter to court, its case wouldn’t be particularly strong, said Keith Werhan, a constitutional law professor at Tulane University. Werhan said political parodies like the billboard are almost always protected under the First Amendment.

“The government can’t legally silence those who are criticizing them,” said Werhan.”

Who am I to believe, a ConLaw professor with precedent on his side, or the Clownselor and a partisan Lt. Gov.?

This is about silencing speech that hurts the Tealiban’s feelings. And the 1L nods his head and chews – dutifully, as we’ve come to expect.

          • Ragspierre says:

How’d that “parody” bs work out for the “Starbucks” parody coffee house, moron?

And how is MOOOOOOoooooooveOn restricted in its speech by the protection of a state’s property rights, liar?

They can lie all they want, and do.

  6. Ragspierre says:

    http://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2014/03/wow-brookings-institute-fellow-john-hudak-caught-spreading-vicious-racist-lie-at-cpac-2014/

See? Collectivists just make shit up to further “the narrative”.

Lying is just what they do, because liars are just what they are.

  7. Ragspierre says:

    http://pjmedia.com/tatler/2014/03/12/white-house-threatens-to-veto-bills-that-aim-to-keep-executive-power-in-check/

Of course. Pres. ScamWOW loves him some outlawry, and will not broach any interference with the Obamabanana Republic’s drive to destroy America.

  8. Ragspierre says:

    http://patterico.com/2014/03/12/email-to-lois-lerner-refutes-absurd-claims-by-robin-abcarian-about-the-irs-scandal/

    Yep. Tyranny, straight up.

And it’s being practiced by all the agencies of the Federal government, riddled as they are with Collectivist sponges.

  9. Ragspierre says:

Hey, remember how Obamacare was going to save the average family $2,500? Yeah, nevermind. Again.

Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said health-insurance premiums are “likely to go up” in 2015, an acknowledgment that the Obama administration doesn’t believe the sweeping changes to the health-insurance marketplace will end premium increases in the near term.

“I think premiums are likely to go up, but at a smaller pace than what we’ve seen since 2010,” Mrs. Sebelius said, adding that she thought the likely increases would be less significant than they had been in the years before the federal health-care law was enacted.

The range of premiums people will see in 2015 is expected to be an important measure of the health-care law’s success. Supporters have staked its success on providing coverage that people consider to be “affordable,” though they have generally stopped short of claiming that its provisions will directly lead to premium decreases.

    Every. Thing. They. Told. Us.

    Lies.

  10. Gus says:

“And you’re just a lying sack of shit.
Like your punk meisters, Crazy Nannie and Dirty, Filthy Harry,…
    along with Pres. ScamWOW.
You suck tenderly and lovingly at their bungs.
    Poor, sick, evil little bastard.”

In other words, as usual, when confronted with the deficiency in your wingnut logic, you’ve got nothing other than name-calling and tossing out “clever” names the Tealiban has assigned to certain elected officials.

Get some new material, 1L. You’re so predictable.

    • Ragspierre says:

      Let’s get basic, shall we?

Do you believe Crazy Nanny Pelosi’s story that a GOP colleague confided to her that his party did not care about hungry children?

      Yes or no, please.

      • Gus says:

No idea, ’cause I wasn’t present for the conversation. And neither were you. But because I’m not a Tealiban collectivist, I can deduce from the context of the Tealiban’s behavior that it doe snot care about hungry children.

        http://thehill.com/opinion/op-ed/323217-gop-bill-takes-food-from-hungry-children-and-struggling-families

Unfortunately for the Tealiban, facts matter, 1L.

        • Ragspierre says:

What a lying, cowardly piece of shit.

          But thanks again! Wonderful demonstration.

BTW, a year-old opinion piece by a Collectivist isn’t “facts”, moron.

The bill has been passed. You won’t find perishing lil’ kiddies littering the streets.

What an idiot. What a liar.

          • Gus says:

The piece cites factual instances. Grownups can deduce meaning therefrom.

It’s always cute when you quibble with opinion pieces, given that you only cite fact-free opinion pieces from like-minded liars.

Maybe one day you’ll figure out the difference between opinions based on fact, and opinions based on Tealiban collective propaganda. But I doubt it.

          • Ragspierre says:

“It’s always cute when you quibble with opinion pieces, given that you only cite fact-free opinion pieces from like-minded liars.”

But, of course, that is a lie.

            Which is all you have.

Well, that and a completely demented view of your own moral superiority.

  11. Gus says:

    “Still cannot read, huh?
And you still cannot deal with the facts, can you?
    Everything…every pretext…for ObamaDoggle was a lie.”

Yes, I can read the woman’s policy costs less than the previous policy she “liked” (because people “like” their insurance companies). And I can also read that when confronted with this FACT, you and she scream “LIES!!” while sticking your fingers in your ears.

    Anything else, 1L?

    • Ragspierre says:

Hetzel said he understands patients may be confused by their benefits as they adjust. Boonstra’s health plan covers all prescriptions, Hetzel said, who advises she use the coverage instead of a prescription discount card so co-pays would go toward meeting the out-of-pocket maximum. On the chance of being assessed the full maximum in the first month or so of a health plan, he said: “It is possible, but it’s highly unlikely.”

      See? You cannot read.

You also cannot tell the truth, like your lying Pres. ScamWOW.

The lady did like the existing policy she had. She didn’t want to be forced off it and undergo the stress she has.

      Did she?

You lying little sack of totalitarinan-loving shit.

  12. Gus says:

“How’d that “parody” bs work out for the “Starbucks” parody coffee house, moron?”

Yes because a billboard explicitly criticizing the state is the same thing as someone using Starbucks’ logo and putting “dumb” in front of it.

“And how is MOOOOOOoooooooveOn restricted in its speech by the protection of a state’s property rights, liar?”

You still don’t understand, do you? Parody is an exception to the state’s property rights.

“They can lie all they want, and do.”

So Gov. Exorcist ISN’T denying medicare expansion in his state?

    • Ragspierre says:

I suppose you dementedly refer to Gov. Jindal.

Yes. He has resisted medicare expansion, along with the elected people in the legislature.

The lie comes from the next, completely false statement by MOOOOOOOOOoooooveOn about “denying xxx people insurance”.

Many states have seen the wisdom of NOT becoming more indentured to the Federal government. And that is not rationally connected to people having access to health care. See, that was ANOTHER lie the Collectives used and uses to sell ObamaDoggle.

      Moron.

      • Gus says:

“he lie comes from the next, completely false statement by MOOOOOOOOOoooooveOn about “denying xxx people insurance”.:

But, Dummy, not expanding medicare prevents xxx people from getting from receiving medicare.

“Many states have seen the wisdom of NOT becoming more indentured to the Federal government. And that is not rationally connected to people having access to health care. See, that was ANOTHER lie the Collectives used and uses to sell ObamaDoggle.”

Haha, denying people access to an expanded program is not rationally connected to those people not having access to the program. Wingnut logic = denying verifiable fact, logic, and reason, for belief.

So, I guess you’ve abandoned your “property rights” “argument”. Quietly as usual. As usual, everything comes down to the fact that you just don’t like Obamacare. Nothing else matters.

        • Ragspierre says:

          No, liar.

People DO get health care. Always have.

Or are you sponsoring the Obama/Reid lie that they used to sell ObamaDoggle that tens of thousands of Americans died because they did not have insurance?

Because, if you ARE, you have to deal with the tens of thousands of Americans who they’re killing with their TOTALLY POLITICAL delays.

Medicare or ObamaDoggle does not equal health care. In fact, in reality as experienced in…you know…the real world…they have shown they will lead to LESS health care being available to the “beneficiaries”.

Yep. I HATE ObamaDoggle. Like the majority of Americans. We HATE being lied to by Collectivists. We HATE attempts to control our lives, which is all you idiots live for.

And all you have is lies.

        • Ragspierre says:

And, no, I have not abandoned any argument.

It is no violation of any liar’s rights to lie to ask (or even demand) they take down a bill board on the predicates recited.

As MOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooveOn has shown, they can stand by their lies, and even expand on them.

  13. Ragspierre says:

  18. Ragspierre says:

Former congressman Bart Stupak of Michigan, who left office in 2011 after deciding not to run for reelection, penned an op-ed in USA Today on Tuesday saying that while he still supports Obamacare, he thinks Americans “should not be required to relinquish our conscience and moral convictions in order to implement the Affordable Care Act.”

“We received an ironclad commitment [from the president] that our conscience would remain free and our principles would be honored,” Stupak wrote. “I had hoped that more of my Democratic colleagues would object to the way the contraception mandate has been applied.”
